Yeah, if they're suicides, of course people do whatever they have to. I was just wondering if maybe it's not very well protected....like if a strong wind gust, which is bound to happen ~60 stories up, combined with standing in the wrong place at the wrong time, might send you flying over the edge.

But based on what you said, it sounds like these were probably intentional.
