Service quality very high at the high levels, very low at the low levels. You don't get much of anything if you are betting less than 1k a hand. But if you are in the private areas they have personal butlers on call just for you 24/7, and basically your personal crew of dealers and floormen and chip runner...so about 10 people...not the Vegas bullshit where they keep asking you whether you are going back to your table so they save on minimum wage for some dealer. The crew is there 24/7 when you are there.

Hosts are very attentive and will walk you anywhere you want in case you can't find your way (MBS is huge).

Reservations and cars are not an issue though some of that will be against your own money if your rolling is not enough (rolling cash back system so sort of a comp yourself thing)

No W2Gs so big slot wins just take the ticket to the cage...no waiting...

Anytime you want to shuffle or free hand, no matter. Even free spins on roulette if you want (which I never take)...

The only peeves might be in craps where they don't let you set and play around with dice but will push any number to you face up. Also any tilted dice on a chip acts as no roll...much better feeling when it is a seven

Yes I'm actually playing smaller to test that theory, so a lot of hit and runs, so far 2-0 so all good. Vegas will be different because I can't really hit and run...hmm...or maybe I can?
