Hello all, first post on this great new site!

So I’ve read all the stickies & comp threads I can find, but surprise surprise: I still haven’t connected all the dots…assistance needed please!

Using my last MLife trip as an example: my ADT was $9200 (all on slots, stayed two nights).

So regarding a future 2-night trip, let’s see if I have this right:

    1. An ADT of $9200 times 30% means I should expect $2,760 per day back in comps per day; so X the 2 nights I stayed = $5,500 in comps on a future stay?

    2. Suite: assume a 1250 sf Penthouse City View; website says $488 weekday total for both nights by inputting my Players Card number (discounted from $619 total)—what comp rate do I use here for calculation purposes?

    3. Limo: let’s just say 2 limo rides. No idea what number to use here so I’ll just say $150 total until someone corrects this number.

    4. F&B: let’s say I use only $300/day for this calculation, $600 total.

In summary: since Freeplay is most important to me as a slot player, does this mean that I should ask for and expect $5,500-$488-$150-$600 = approximately $4,000 in Freeplay--or airfare--on my next trip?

(BTW, my play on the trip prior to this one was similar: $8500 ADT; 1.1 M tier earned from two trips this year, both 2-nighters; been wiring FM, don't have a LOC).

    Thanks for the help!

    Penthouse comps at 350/night .

There's a limit to how much FP they're going to give you regardless of how low your other comps are.

They give a much higher percentage of soft comps than hard like FP/AF.

I have been told that MLife is looking at losses for freeplay and I assume AF would also fall into that bucket. As Shifter noted, those are both hard comps. I am sure you could get some good Freeplay but i don't think it is applied as you expected. With those numbers, I would personally ask for a better room like a loft.

Shifter or others would probably know better but I don't think limos hit comps that much if at all but I could be wrong.

    Interesting.

Sounds like it might be case where limiting one’s own action might be warranted (up to the 30% inflection point including FP)--especially if your ECs are capped.

Would be leaving a chunk on the table otherwise.

Or could it come back to you in some backloaded fashion: unused theo/airfare?

That's sounds tempting alright--but on a solo trip, a Penthouse City View is all I really need.
