Tier Credits (TC) get you to the next tier.
Express Comps (EC) is money that can be used to pay for charges
PointPlay (PP) is points that can be converted to freeplay for slots

10 TC per $3 slots or $10 VP/specialty slots
1 cent EC per $3 slots or $10 VP/specialty slots plus bonuses*
1 point per $3 slots or $10 VP/specialty slots plus bonuses*

30 TCs per $1 in theo
No ECs earned for table games in Vegas anymore. Only in Biloxi, Tunica and Detroit.
No points earned for table games

Hotel Spend
25 TC per $1 spent on hotel/dining/shopping with your card

I have always checked the 30 TC per 1 dollar of theo number after getting my actual theo. In the past it has been reasonably accurate (30 to 33). From my trip in January 2016 my actual theo calculated out to be 40 TC per 1 dollar of theo. Does anyone else track this number and have you seen a similar change? Hope this isn't pgp comp tightening.......

 

more TCs per dollar would be the opposite of PGP.

but my trips in Jan/Feb this year worked out at 30 TCs per dollar just like before.

 

Hey Shifter I think for the hotel stay part you earn 25 TCs per dollars spent. It's stated in the link you provided

Anyone know if video Let-It-Ride is a slot or video poker in terms of TC? I DO know that for what ever reason they do not earn any comps at the $1 level at Bellagio, but I play the $.25 cheapies at NYNY all of the time.

 

I don't think that's true, but I could be wrong. I play a lot of VP and always earned TCs at MLife hotels. But perhaps Bellagio is doing something different.

Shifter, you might want to it clear the tier bonus for points is pointplay and express comps only. No bonus on tier credits.

You wrote "points" and many read points and assume that means tier credits because they don't know what pointplay is.
