I've been with CET for years now and now want see how the other side lives ... The third-party host I use does not have a relationship with any of the MGM properties so I'd like to learn how I can connect with a host to evaluate my play with CET and see what upfront comps I can get. Any recommendations or suggestions on who to call?

Just curious, any particular reason why you want a host? I'm not being snarky, I often wonder why people would ask up front for one, if your play warrants it, charges can easily be removed by the host on duty on the backend of the trip!

I'll be at MGM next weekend for the UFC event and have never stayed there before, usually VP/slot players are approached when you are playing, at least that's what has happened in the past for me at both Cosmo and Aria, it may be different for table players!!

No offense taken ;) I want a host so he/she can book my room and I don't have to worry about backend comps or pay for the room upfront. I like to have the peace of mind knowing that's been taken care of before I step foot into the casino.

At best you'll get a regular room or small suite comped upfront with no history. No F&B upfront.

Not to hijack your thread but you said you use a 3rd party host. How has that worked out compared to a CET host? Any benefits/negatives?

I'm not a fan of MLIFE with PGP so why may I ask you want to try MLIFE?

They have tighten their upfront comps.

You don't want to use anyone from me I'm on MLIFE's super shit list.

    So, I'm no help.

I have a local host but she was my host with Horseshoe and we have a long history. If not for that, I would get nothing from MGM.

my third party host helps me get into non CET properties - Atlantis, St. Kitts, Gold Strike Tunica, Cosmo, as well as cruises. He's also trying to set me up in Aruba. My local host helps me with rooms and takes of my FB while I'm in AC.
