I am strictly a bac and occasional b.j. player. So I really don't know about slots. Say I wanted to sit down and play some slot that was a $10 or $25 machine. What if any, type of machine does one look for with a decent chance or maybe better put, the best chance of winning? I don't want anything to do with cards or VP, etc.

Risk a couple of thousand for a little bit of play? Thanks.

Machines with a huge top prize are typically very volatile. a 2 or 3 credit reel machine will usually be the least volatile if the prize scales in accordance to credits bet.

I agree with Bayoubengal. I play mostly slots. A 3 reel single line machine with out an extremely large progressive jackpot will have more consistant pays as they don't have to figure the large progressive into the HA hold.

Penny slots are my downfall. They have the highest holds but are so damn fun to play. I'm sometimes betting $8-16 a spin to. There are no tells on slots. You either sit down and spin at the right time or you don't. Lol I'd suggest playing in the HL room on the $1 denomination machines and covering all lines. You can play for awhile at this level, gain points, and have a chance at some really nice wins.

Yep, I play the single line reels for larger denoms. They are boring but if you want the best chance to grind a win out. Choose these.

If you like playing blackjack and baccarat, you aren't going to like slots IMO. The advice to play single line reels is probably correct, but I find these machines to be just the worst thing ever. I will play penny or nickel multilines for drinks occasionally. At least interesting things happen occasionally.

I know you don't want VP, but if I wanted to play a machine for big hits I'd look for a multiline VP machine. A dealt royal on 100 play is quite lucrative.

So I take it, I am not supposed to hit and bang on the machine?? Like I can tear up, throw, and mangle the cards, yell and scream and even smack the table hard. Can I do that with the machines?
