I have to learn restraint. It's just a part of my personality. I have to be disciplined this upcoming trip. I usually stay at one property and my host booked me under a 6 night comp on the 44th floor at Palazzo. ( He knows I like higher floors for view) But then I decided that I wanted to accept the match offer at Cosmo because my luck has been absolutely horrible the past two years. Handpay drought of epic proportions. So I took 3 nights at Palazzo and my newly assigned Cosmo host booked me for 3 nights in a Terrace with fountain view, a slot tournament, and F&B. My dilemma is I need to evenly distribute my money between the two properties. If I hit V/P like I normally do on my first day especially and don't win anything it is going to be hard not to get in to my Cosmo bankroll. How do you all proportion your bankroll if staying at multiple properties? I play slots and know it is all luck SO I'm considering playing video poker at a moderate level and attempting craps and baccarat. I've been invited to quite a few baccarat tournaments but never accepted as I'd be a complete novice and intimidated. My stats are usually 4 nights so the extra 2 days with only a small bankroll increase ( I have been saving all the money I make from my made to order desserts and breads business and bird sales) to supplement, but of course I'm a mom of 6 and someone ALWAYS needs money for something. Lol The 2 marshmallow kid story is really a great way to look at gambling habits and I want to apply that this trip. But restraint again, especially in Vegas, is my weakness. I do not open lines of credit or take an ATM card with me. Everything I have to spend is cash and I have credit cards just to put on the room at check in. How do you all preserve your money throughout a longer stay and suggestions on how I should play or ration?

you should never throw cards at the dealer. I do not believe this is acceptable under any circumstances. The dealer has nothing to do with the cards that come out or are dealt. Once the cut is made, the cards don't change for the whole shoe.....................

I'm attempting to stay in my lane.....lol So figured I ask. Perhaps change the title to Girls Gone Wild and How to Restrain a girl gone wild....but yeah the answer would probably be to gag and handcuff here. ;)

I don't gamble at the level you do, but I do budget on a per-day basis.
Like you, I sometimes go over a particular day's budget - but I don't chase comps, so where I gamble is not nearly as important a factor to me in that regard. My advice would be to play where you want & let the outcome be whatever it will be.
You gamble enough that I'd really not worry about continuing to get offers - from both V/P & Cosmo.

It's not so much about offers as I know I'll always get free rooms, FP, & FB cuz I'm a slot player. Lol They love us suckers. But since my trips have been limited this year ( I haven't been in Vegas since March) I need to maintain my tier and want to earn a higher one at Cosmo as a brand new player. The back end comps are always better than my stock offers. I'm considering changing my home base to Cosmo from Venetian/Palazzo, so I do need to give them the same play I would a 3-4 night trip so I can compare my offers once I return home. I always go the end of November to spend my Grazie gift points for Christmas gifts and that could be my last trip of the year. Only going 3 times rather than 5.

Get up early and have 5 or 6 drinks and then take a taxi cab to In & Out Burger on Tropicana Ave....... Go out back by the dumpsters and you'll find Ernie.... Ask Ernie to hold most of your money for you until you are ready to go home. This way you'll go home a winner.. You can trust Ernie.....

And of course which place gives me the most value and entertainment for my money. Winning helps of course. Lol Mostly want to give both properties a fair and equal play comparison. Dining and drink service are important and the dining options available to me without leaving the building of V/P are going to be hard to top.

I feel like I have my own personal assistant that manages my threads, changes the titles when I squirrel off, and helps keep me in my lane. To whomever you are...Thank you and I appreciate what you are trying to do! Lol

Haha Hugo, no the only person I'm giving money to are the sluts. I am always up, showered, and hitting the bar for my yummy breakfast smoothie with a kick by 7am, no matter what time I go to bed. The time change really messes with me out there. I'm hoping I can find a bartender at Cosmo that will make me something similar as its a breakfast staple. ;)
