Would like some suggestions on where to go next Friday night late after 11pm around Bellagio / Cosmo / Aria.

I won't be getting in until 10 pm and would like a nice meal when I make it to Bellagio. I'm open to anything with the exception of Thai.

Next, I'd like to try the most extensive tasting menu at either Le Cirque or Joel Robuchon. Any pro/cons of either. I'll be alone, would either be better for a solo diner? For the boardies that have had either, is the wine add-on worth it?

Am I looking at 2+ hrs at either.

    TIA

"Nice meal" is going to be a little tough post-10pm (especially if that's when you're landing, which means you won't be at the hotel and checked-in until after 11pm, when most places are closed). Lago is open until midnight, but I'm honestly not a huge fan of it, even though Julian Serrano and Picasso are probably my two favorite restaurants in Vegas. That or Noodles are probably your best bets, though. I'll also add that despite it being a 24-hour diner, Cafe Bellagio is really, really good.

I would wholeheartedly recommend avoiding Fix, which despite being almost the same as Stack in every respect, is somehow exponentially worse.

EDIT: If you want to take the tram over to Aria, Five50 and Javier's are both pretty solid options.

    Robuchon is pretentious and overrated.

    Le Cirque all the way.

you can either sit at the bar or get a table depending on what you like. I always sit at a table even when I'm alone because the dining room has nice ambiance.

you're looking at 4+ hours at JR. no joke.

they can get it done for you in 2 hours at Le Cirque if you let them know you want them to keep it moving.

Agree with Shifter. I've had both and Le Cirque is the way to go. Definitely get the wine pairing, you won't be disappointed.

Also agree with 44, and stay away from Fix.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the input.

I was planning on going to the late O @ 930. So I'll start early and not get rushed at LeCirque.

I'm definitely open to another property on Friday, I know the later it gets the fewer options I'll have, that's why I wanted to stay at the B.
