My vote would be outside the box. How about a vintage resort from the 30's to 50's era. Now I'm not saying an old casino that has kept it's charmed but a new resort modeled after a complete vintage feel. I think it would be bad ass since you would be paying for architecture to make it look vintage.

 

You never know, I saw Adelson having tea with Bob Iger in the Mansion not that long ago.

I would like to see a proper redo of the castle/manor theme. Tons of real old world detail, stonework, woodwork, stained glass, large fireplaces etc... Maybe have the main floor resemble a large library with a staircase that would lead to an open upper floor of slots/gaming. You could even do an underlying Clue theme.

I miss the theming that Vegas used to have. I've learned to like the City Center over the years but I think there is still room for themed properties. There used to be a sense of adventure and fantasy with Vegas but in their rush to sterilize all the themes it ends up just being another "casino floor".

They would kill it creating a 100% Star Wars resort/casino. The entire thing could be built like the Death Star. Storm Troopers to take your bags, Jedi's to check you in, Cs's dressed like Leia (in her bikini outfit,) and security could carry light sabers to take care of any problems.
