I just returned from a quick weekend trip to LV (Fri-Sun) and were given these numbers for my play on the craps tables:

PH Theo 1197 Avg Bet $357 and Hrs 6.19,
Linq Theo 317 Avg bet $195 2 Hrs

Can someone please translate these figures for me and how it corresponds to what I can expect in comps?

PS I read the sticky (twice) but still couldn't make heads or tails ...

    Sure this was all craps?

These are very different numbers between PH and Linq.

Craps is all I play. And yes, I agree that the numbers are strikingly different between the two properties. All I can say is that I had better rapport with the pit @ PH than Linq and that probably had something to do with the higher average bet.

Were you playing the same way at both properties? Or were there 2 different getting styles?

It's not about the avg. It's about the theo per bet which has nothing to do with the pit.

The OP is playing at CET. Since CET counts all money on the table, their theo multiplier must differ from the number you have from MGM. My only guess is that his betting style was different between the 2 properties.
Eg. At PH a lot of the average bet may be comprised of odds.
At the Linq, maybe a lot of his average bet dollars were high house advantage bets in the centre.

    Just a guess.

    Your theo total was $1,514.00.
40% of your theo is: $605.60.

This is the amount you can expect to get via comps. With CET you must use your rewards credits prior to any discretionary comps. Assuming you stayed at a CET Property lets use $150 per night as a comp value on the rooms plus a $30 resort fee. This uses up $360.00 of your $605.60 leaving you with $245.60 in additional comps available. I used 40% which is on the high end of comps available. If they kept you to 30% you would have about $90 left for food/beverage etc.

Playing style and betting amounts were the same at both properties, including pressing bets etc.

No idea then. The theo generated from your average bet doesn't make sense. Your Linq play generated more theo than PH.

I don't play the pass line so I don't take odds (except when I'm shooting) My betting on every hand is as follows $160 action $50 on 4&10 each and $30 on 6&8 each. With an additional $10 on 6&8 hard ways for total bet of $180 each roll. Each place bet that hits gets pressed
