Three favorite courses: Bandon Trails (at least for today), Crosswater, Monterey Peninsula - Shore Course

Three bucket-list-grade places you hate to admit you've never played: St. Andrews, Melbourne sand belt, Canadian Maritimes

Three courses that simply are fun to play, regardless: Fairmont Jasper, Pebble Beach, We-Ko-Pa Saguaro

Three favorite golf getaway destinations: Bandon, Bend, Scottsdale

Three courses you play most frequently: La Purisima, Sandpiper, Classic Club (I'm in the desert too often)

Three WTF head-scratchers: Bali Hai, Prince Course (Princeville), TPC Louisiana

Three courses that you think deserve even more accolades: TPC Sawgrass, Pumpkin Ridge - Witch Hollow, La Purisima (my home course)

(Yes, I do love Shadow Creek.)

No shit, Torrey South is just soooooo overrated. Lousy routing, packed, expensive, horrid use of a good piece of land, ridiculous conditioning most of the time.

Love me some Coyote Springs, but hard for me to say it's overlooked as much as I whore for the joint!

I was going to dispute the Bali Hai bashing, but then I remembered that the reason why I enjoyed playing it so much was that I played for free...it's a great track at that price, trust me....:)

Imagine how tasty Shadow or Cascata would be if "free"? ;)

I should have thrown Hualalai Nicklaus in there for fun course. 2.5 hours of pure relaxation and GIRs.
And Sid on the beverage cart.."yes I have Heineken, it is ice cold. Will that be alright?"
