I think seeing OP only posts is a great option. I like giving feedback to people doing live TRs so they know we're watching (I also "like" posts for the same reason). It'd be nice to come back later or if you missed it and just catch mostly the TR.

 

A board most of us were familiar with in the past recently introduced this exact feature, where if you want, you can essentially turn off all posts except those of the OP.

Related: Isn't there somewhere in a person's profile or activity page where you can access just their TRs, or is that also a feature only over on that old board?
