i have several home bases. On strip, offstrip and downtown. My vegas trips now average 12-14 days, so splitting them up by spending 4-5 nights at 3 different properties just makes sense. I can't do two weeks all on the strip, nor can I do more than a few nights downtown. Variety is indeed the spice of life.

About 2 years ago, I hit Tropicana for a single day of heavy play.... $10 slots, $5 DDB, multiline VP etc. the result was a great Theo and subsequent offers. I enjoyed 18 months of $150-$250 per day freeplay, room upgrades and normally $200+ in food credit upfront offers. Hell, after lowplaying a few times, I'm still getting $120 per day in slotplay, show tix etc.

Next up is finding another property to establish play and garner some offers. I'm looking for opinions on the newer places, particularly SLS and the Lucky Dragon, although I'm open to other casinos as well. With Palms getting sucked up by Stations and Boyd/Stations owning anything worthwhile offstrip, it appears that my options are limited. I'm not picky, so I'm looking for your opinions on the casinos with the best initial offers.

    Thank you in advance!

I think thats about it. Since mgm and caesars have everything else. My guess is SLS would be better fron what I have read.

I'm really surprised that SLS and Lucky Dragon aren't flooding the market with teaser offers. Throw out $350-$500 freeplay 2 night offers to verified players (former players, hosts contacts etc) and see what happens... A far better scenario than an empty casino floor in the short term and in the long perhaps gives you return players. I was told by a SLS host that they don't have the former Sahara players data??? What happened to those lists?

I'm going to reserve 2k for a single day drop in visit at SLS in May.... I'll report back with the subsequent offers.

SLS did and maybe still does match offers from other casinos for new players.
