Sooner or later, Big Red is going to show up. Do you ever pull your bets down in anticipation of this?

I never have, but sometimes wish I had as I have left a lot of money on the felt by pressing hard, and then the 7 shows up. Just a couple more rolls would have led to some big winnings

    Plenty of times.
    Part of my craps "strategy".
I use place bets... and the order (in groups 5/9 & 6/8) goes like this:
same bet twice... press both...same bet once...press both, repeat until all of my numbers are (roughly) 6x the original bet...which for me means about $50, give or take a few $$... Once they are, they come down (in groups) after the next hit. Also, I take them all down on the next single hit when there have been a lot of rolls with no seven... and by "a lot", I mean a couple dozen or so.

That's always a tough decision. I rarely do, but i also don't press as aggressively as i should sometimes. I hate having too much money on the table, but at the same time i want to win quickly.. I like topcards strategy...allows for some pressing but you don't lose it all when the 7 pops up.

I never do. I always think I should when the flow gets disrupted, but I never do.

That's what happens with me.. I keep thinking.. one more hit and i'm taking it down. I guess it just sucks more to see a number hit after you've taken money down compared to a 7 coming up and taking your money that you figured you'd lose eventually anyway.

I like flow to the game. I hate on a hot table when there is some sort of disruption.
example: someone arguing about a $1 hardway
someone buying in for $20 to place a field bet when the dice are in the shooter's hand.
someone continually asking what bets they have out.
someone dropping cash on the table in the shooter's landing zone

If the disruption continues to impact the flow of the game, I will often just have them take me off for a roll or 2. I don't usually take the bet down.

    Ugh- the fucking worst.

I typically don't take them down, but might regress to lock in some profit. Then if they hit again, press it back up a unit or two
