    Day and night M-thru Wed 3/2 h17 was $50 and s17 $100 on the floor. HL $300.
I left Thursday AM and coming from SS in that hallway they were changing the felt.
I thought just to have newer felt. Silly me.

I would prefer 5 days but that would mean MUCH better money management. Not my strong suit.

I've done 4 and 5 nights several times. Im considering a shorter trip but concentrating the bankroll on bigger sessions. Still same total roll, just less actual time on the table/device.

That is the challenge but my perspective also.
    Before the tequilla anyway.

That's pretty lousy news about blackjack playing conditions at the Aria. It sucks, but it's happening at all casinos across the Strip. You don't want to be the hotel president explaining to the CEO and board of directors why you are making less money at blackjack than all the other properties.

I can get better game conditions right now at Foxwoods or the Mohegan Sun with a two-hour drive. 3:2, S17, $10/$15 minimums. Eventually the MGM property in Springfield MA and the Wynn property in Boston MA will open up and more competition can only help. I'll have to do some research into whether the Mass. state gaming law says anything about blackjack rules.

agree that those conditions are sad to hear about. I have really enjoyed playing BJ at Aria, and while I don't shy away from $50 min I would prefer $25 at least during off-hours. Nice casino that won't see as much of me as they did in the past as BJ is my game of choice.

I too can get better conditions close to home, but give up the location that is Vegas Strip and all that brings with it. My closest local may have favorable conditions, but everything else about it is a giant pile of suck.

So recap from the beginning ...

First stop from the airport was at Total Wine, to stock the room:

Based on reviews from the Board, I thought it was time to finally check out Carbone. Ordered the greatest hits, and it didn't disappoint. The veal parm, in particular, was just superb. Great night, great service.

So I stayed in a one-bedroom Sky Suite for the week. It was superb. Incredible service. Great to have what feels like a secluded, almost Vdara-like (in terms of distance from the hustle and bustle) distance from the casino ... the view was great:

I did my usual early morning walks up the Strip each day. The weather, except for a bit of rain on Saturday, was gorgeous. Each day, highs in the low- to mid-70s. Sunny. Just right, if you ask me. Couldn't have asked for better. Hit 15,000 to 20,000 steps each day. Which still didn't help my waistline because of the food and wine binge haha
