Thought it would be a good idea to compile a list of the daily comp values appropriated to rooms and suites.

Please everyone chime in and help to complete or correct the list... I'll start with what I have heard from hosts or others.

For Newbies (like me), take 30-35% of your daily Theo, deduct your room and go from there for FB, etc. etc.

Note that this is a couple years old and some things have changed. They no longer have a Skyloft entourage room as they turned that into a storage closet for the concierge.

Also some of the numbers have shifted. Last I heard the 2BR Mansion was going for $2500/night.

    Villa Info
    Villa 1 = 3BR Garden
    Villa 8 = 4BR Garden (connects to Villa 7 to make 6BR)
Villa 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 = 2BR Garden (Villa 7 seems to be handicap accessible and has no steam shower in the master bathroom)
    Villa 30 = 4BR Atrium
    Villa 32/33 = 3BR Atrium
Villa A/B = 2BR Atrium on south side of atrium on ground level (only atrium villas on ground level and therefore heavily requested and hard to get)
Villa 15/16 = 2BR Atrium on south side of atrium on 2nd level (huge balcony off living room; my favorite 2BR other than A/B)
Villa K = above the parking on the north side of the fountain with entrance through private garage
Villa 18 = 1BR w/ king bed and massive balcony spanning entire length of villa

I believe the current rate for an MGM Skyloft 1bd is $750, and 2 bd is $1500 per night comp rate

I had an odd charge on my Skyloft bill one time - July 2015 I think. This was mid week following 4th of July - so keep that in mind. I had a comped 2-bedroom Skyloft. When I checked out, there was a $500/night charge for the room - "room rate". I asked the checkout guy about it; he double checked, apologized, and removed the charges saying that it was supposed to be comped.

I interpreted that as the casino rate, but it sounded low. I realize that casino rate and comp value are not the same - but interesting "data".

I added something to the OP I've never posted publicly before which is the internal comp sheet from MGM.

Also the Skyloft floor layout which you can use to request the specific loft you want.

    Great thread @SinD.

I can add one more. The standard room at Nobu has a comp value of $150.

Damn. I can't see the mgm list is too small. Great stuff though. Ty
My bad, I can make it out (kinda. Can't see all the names) on the computer. Anything on Aria?
