MGM did this to me before my March trip and I had just been there in Dec. It was a first, that they let me know, since I set it up a few years ago. I wonder if part of PGP is making sure they go through them all. It was no biggie .

 

It happened to me, too. I hadn't used my lines at Aria, MGM or NYNY for over a year and they had me sign something again at each place.

 

At a CZR prop I was told the line goes inactive if not used for 1 year. I only make 1 or 2 trips out each year. So to reopen they said they reconfirm with the bank. Possible has to do with the OP time last at Aria vs MGM process. I now just call to be sure it is active before going out

 

Wynn did that to me be because I hadn't used the line in 18 months. Took 24 hours to reactivate.
