First report, be gentle. Hopefully it gets lost in the rush of the EDC reports. Had a work conference so decided to take Kevin up on his generous offer finally.
I think I will just do a picture dump with captions

Finally tried Shake Shack. Very good meat. Could have used some onion to give it the bite that in n out has.

    Love the pics.

You are a man of few words. You could teach @Chess a thing or two.

Any good sushi where you're at Shifter? I believe I saw you will be in Japan on your trip and can get some then.

Gambling was good. Poker games were too good to make time for table games, but am officially hooked on Super Times Pay.
Hope to give Cosmo more play next time. It's hard to get away from the poker tables during WSOP time.

Highly recommend ishikawa. 3* Michelin stars, kaiseki. Very different from almost anything you can get in America, especially of that quality.

We did do dinner at sushi yoshitaki which is a 3* sushi restaurant. It was good but between the 2 I would definitely recommend ishikawa. I've had better sushi (masa in New York, though to be fair it was 2x+ the price of yoshitaki). There are supposedly some better sushi places (not jiro) but I couldn't secure a reservation. A huge pita and would recommend you ask your hotel concierge to do it for you. They'll most likely have the best luck. We even had a friend in Japan try to make reservations for us but they would only take it from the hotel we were staying at.
