Let me preface this by saying we are all intelligent enough to know the terrible odds you take on by playing slots. Having said that, it's sometimes a nice diversion or change of pace away from the marathon table sessions.

I know I recently read one of you guys say the Sky Rider game and other new games by Aristocrat were terrible payback. What are some slot machines that should be avoided at all costs?

 

I've never had any luck on any Komani machines. Hate them.

Konami sucks ass usually besides the volatile china shores and Mayan chief and also most bally games suck besides bonus times and quick hits hl machines.

 

Wonder Woman always takes my money super fast. The new Batman machine sucks too.

 

I HATED the Batman slot the first trip I played it on (March 2015), but have had much better luck my last two (July 2015 and January 2016)

 

I second the Komani games are to be avoided

 

It seems the Konami games are super volatile where you can whiff many times in a row or get a line hit for 50-100x your bet. And of course you have the China Shores insanity of triggering 300 free spins w/ additional retriggers likely.
I like to play these games for $20 buy-ins and bet the minimum ($0.40-$0.60 usually) when I feel like hanging out and drinking cheap beer for a while, but I don't think I would ever put any real money into them.

 

Any slot machine with Tabasco as a theme. Also, Ultimate X bleeds me dry.

I fucking hate Konami as well. I also can't stand any game that has those colossal reels. Never had a decent hit feeding them god knows how many bills. Lastly, I would argue that games like Wonder Woman/Batman are the absolute worst.
