I'm sure a number of you receive mailers from pretty much every casino and I was wondering if any of you look at/read the information in them or do you just look at the offer and that is it?

For example, ARIA's mailers are like 16 pages with the offer being on the first page. Do any of you ever flip through and read the any of the info?

are you talking about the small print?

if I'm interested in the event, I always read the small print on the offer sheet.

most of it is regular legal mumbo jumbo, but there's frequently also information in there about AQ or auto advancement.

My mailers from CET come in the form of a large post card; color printed on both sides with large pictures. There the usual legalese at the back in small fine print, but otherwise it's pretty self explanatory. I think it's because the demographics of the people who are receiving these mailers - typically older AARP type folks

Cosmo just sends me the typical postcard in the pretty purple envelope about a week after I get the same offer via email. I got an mlife booklet once right after I made gold but I made no attempt to keep up my status. T

if MGM wants to help with PGP, stop sending these $5 mailers every week. I swear each of these are about $5 cost (or more) with all the detail, embossing, etc. I get mailers for events I already knew about and have signed up for, + you get the emails as well for the same thing. Total waste of money to send these by snail mail with today's technology.

naw they print them in such high quantities, there's no chance they spend $5 each.

but at the same time, they are canceling satellite radio to save a few bucks a month.

if they reduced mailers it could save them tens of thousands per month at least.

Ever since I opted into emails from CET they've stopped sending me mailers, which is fine. I'd much prefer emails than getting my mailbox clogged up with offers I already know about and just throw out

Not talking about the small print, but all the non-offer related stuff like information on the restaurants, shows, etc.

They go directly in the trash.

They all end in contact your VIP host to book, so I just contact her to start and read email for tournaments and offers for the good events

I would only send mailers to comp level players that haven't been in like 12 plus months. People tend to notice something in the mail more then in an email form. To regular guests its a waste of money. Just email them their promotions.
