I thought it might be interesting to put together a comprehensive list of the properties in Vegas that offer Cabanas for a F&B minimum vs. the ones that charge a flat rental rate for the cabana with no F&B minimum or allowance. It would also be nice to add what the rates are for each if they're readily available as well.

I'm not a huge pool guy, but occasionally I go on trips where I'm with a few people who like to lounge there, or I'm in the mood for a little pool time. However, I hate fighting for chairs and messing with all that nonsense. I wouldn't pay just to rent a Cabana, but the places with F&B minimums are actually a pretty good deal, especially if you have a decent group of people where you're going to drop that much anyways.

I know MGM has a food and beverage minimum.

IIRC Mirage has a set rental rate that includes a few small items like soda/juice and a fruit plate.

Anyone have any info on others?

I haven't contacted anyone this year but in the past Cosmopolitan was a F&B minimum. I have an old PDF they sent me if you're interested.

Downtown Grand is F&B min as well. Cabanas generally start around $250 ($350 Friday-Sunday) in food and beverage. Day beds are available for parties of 2 or less with a food and beverage minimum of $50 on weekdays and $100 Fri-Sun.

Mandalay Bay and Caesars are both flat rental. Both include some water and soda. Caesars includes fruit platter.

Wynn you need to pay a cabana rental and f&b is ontop of the rental. Ive had the cabana rental priced between $450-$1k per day

Sooooo...I've just rented a cabana in the past but didn't know anything about F&B. If I paid outright, I don't have to worry about the F&B thing, right? (sorry if that's a naive question. I'm headed back to Bellagio on Saturday and have booked "reserved seats" which we may upgrade to a cabana (again, paying outright). Please advise! :) TYIA
