I know this could be considered a tired topic, but I think no Vegas website would be complete without one thread detailing the best buffalo wings in Vegas. So, I welcome everyone's input. I will start:

I really like the lollipop style wings at Fix.
The Henry's wings are very good and traditional.
Just had what I would call Thai chili/peanut wings at Herringbone that were kick ass.
No where else really stands out in Vegas.

I wasn't a big fan of the wings at Toby Kieth's bar in Harrah's (don't ask why I was there).
I've heard that Citizen's has good wings but haven't tried them.

I also really like Jamaican Jerk wings but haven't found anywhere in Vegas with them.

I can tell you the hottest wings are the ghost pepper wings at Diablos in front of the Monte Carlo

Ghost pepper is just too damn hot and therefore not enjoyable. I like heat, actually a lot, but it can become too much.

We were walking by there last year and they had the front windows open, and a bunch of guys from the UK were having a stag party there. The groom to be and the future father in law were having a contest on who could eat a bowl of them the fastest. The groom finished one. The father in law was trying his best to finish the bowl, but was totally miserable, and in sure he was going to be regretting this the rest of the night. The groom was passing out the rest of his wings to those of us passing by. My friend and I each tried one, and they were nuclear hot. Not fun at all.

There's a place in the Venetian that opened and supposed to be solid that came from buffalo, ny. Don't remember the name though

Edit: Just looked and it's closed. It was called Anchor Bar

I don't think I've ever had great wings in Vegas. Blondie's a couple years ago probably had the closest traditional buffalo wings. For some reason, mastering frying a wing and serving it with reasonably tasty buffalo sauce evades most restaurants.

I'm not a huge "wing guy," but I had them at Chicago Brewing Co. at Four Queens once and they were great. Nothing out of the ordinary, just really tasty wings with good sauce and crispness.

I like the wings at Blue Ribbon Sushi but they're pretty pricey...
