This is what I've eaten since yesterday:

Breakfast - V-8 juice, 9 different medications, mostly for high blood pressure, Toast with salted butter and pineapple preserves, 2 mugs of coffee.

Lunch - 5 Guys Cheeseburger and fries. The best fries in the world.

Dinner - Chef Boy-ar-dee Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Snack - Salty pretzels and milk.

Breakfast -Orange juice, Fried bologna, egg and cheese with tomato and mayonnaise sandwich on rye toast, 2 mugs of coffee. BTW, real bologna cut right off the log, not the sliced deli shit.

Oh man, I haven't had a fried bologna sandwich in 20+ years and I am craving one right now.

    Breeze,,,,
You do love your sodium. I used to love it too and still do but my blood pressure was through the roof. Do you get the headaches too from high blood pressure.? I started taking "Flush Free Niacin" and that has helped a lot. Flush free Niacin is a B vitamin and all natural. You cab do a search,,, flush free niacin for high blood pressure.

That was one of my favorites too with the salty pretzels and milk. Also the canned Ravioli right out of the can..... How about pretzels or fritos with onion dip or jalapeno dip..... Or salty bagels and onion and chive cream cheese. How about Xtra large pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, extra pepperoni and onions and wash it down with some cold Budweisers...and throw in some onion rings..
    gotta go,,,,getting hungry...

I am not one to comment on healthy choices given my waistline, but cooking is so easy ...

GOOD bologna belongs in its own special food group!

It's not the cooking, it's the clean up that sucks.

Porsches cost more than Tercels, but the bang is worth the extra bucks.

Being single late into life and always interested in good food, I learned to tidy it up as I was creating -- makes all the difference.

I don't mind paying extra for eating out, since they are taking care of the clean up.

LOVE going out for eats. It's not a clean up thing, however. (Plus, we both love to cook.) I'd rather cook and clean than eat powdered Kraft Mac, is all I'm saying.

Dude, 9 different medications and that diet?
    You need an honest doctor.
