I've never had a big one like that there either. It started out rough. I drove over right after the Astros game on a Friday night.

Despite me calling in the afternoon and telling them I'd be late I got there and they tried to screw me on the room. First they tried to give me a suite but I'd have to move the next morning at like 9-10am. No thanks I said - I'm not unpacking and repacking. Then it was a smoking room. Doubly no thanks on that. Told them I'd head over to the Isle or Nugget with my envelope full of hundreds.

After about 20min they found a room in the tower overlooking the nugget and the lazy river.

I almost went to the pool Saturday but it was a bit cloudy.

Since I don't know who my host is there I never use them. Just book off the mailers. I went to the host desk on Saturday to see about a food credit on my acct. because the front desk and the mychoice people didn't know if I should charge it my room. They kept saying it was a one time voucher. Which I'm not gonna throw down a hundred bucks myself.

So the host on duty basically said with the 6hrs at $300 avg all they'd comp was $50 in charges "well because you're winning sir"

I laughed.

I had a great time at bacc and craps. Excellent dealers and fun players. I didn't care for the burger at Jack Daniels place. It was really dry.

They ended up comping $100 in room charges (all I had).

Next time I'll email the host first.
