Dear All, I need to book a restaurant in one of these Hotels. The food needs to have meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. (Mediterranean food). It's got to be tasty, as I'm entertaining clients from Paris. Any suggestions for me? It's going to be a Wednesday late booking (after the 7pm Blue Man show...don't ask).

I wouldn't call it Mediterranean food but Crush at MGM would probably work just fine as they have a wide range of food and is very good. Wed they are open until 10:30pm.

Not sure what your budget range is, but L'Atelier would be a nice, varied, safe choice for a Parisian. If you want to go with the full American? I think you'd actually find that StripSteak could accommodate all those needs.

I like the L'Atelier shout out.

A French vegetarian? Never in a million years did I think I'd see that combo. Oh, wait, escargot. Never mind.

Can't argue with L'Atelier but I know if I was in from a different country, I would want something more local than more French Food. :)

What's "local" to Vegas, however? I DO get what you are saying, but it's not NOLA where the choice would be obvious and abundantly available. But where within the range of hotels offered? To me, I'd do something like Milos. Even if it is off the reservation. I do recall "Med" in the initial post. Or I'd fire up the limo and do something that is local in the sense of being independent like Todd's Unique or Vintner. Big Vegas Casino food is rather replicably "cookie-cutter" -- chophouse, Italian, sushi, "French," something pan-Asian, some fucking burger place or a really gringo "Latin" eatery. God I still miss Coyote Cafe and Commander's and Rosemary's. Heck, Spago is an institution, but it's also beyond the line. Spago it is. Or Milos.

Fleur would be an excellent option as well.
