    Futures specifically.
Last season I asked the book at Mandalay to parlay the NL west and World Series, and I was told they don't do that. Is this a MGM policy, or will CET or another book take my bet?
    Thanks in advance

Those are correlated bets. Books don't take those sorts of bets.

OK...let's assume you mean the Cubs...
Right now, they're getting about $400 to a $100 bet to win the 2017 Series... which should mean that they're getting $200 to $100 for the NL pennant.
Just place both bets. You risk $200 to win $600... and they're both "hedgable".
When the Cubs make it to the NLCS, you bet on their opponent. Yeah - you're out another $100 if they lose, but then you win $200... so, -$100 total at that point ($300 bet & $200 won).
Then, for the World Series, do the same thing... bet $100 on the AL team... if the AL wins, you're even for the whole thing.... if the Cubs win, (+$400), you're up $200 ($400 bet, $600 won).
(all assuming basically "even" moneylines for the NLCS & WS). That's a risk-free way to win $200, assuming the Cubs make it to the NLCS.

If you want to make it work more like a parlay bet, then bet $100 on the Cubs to win the NLCS and $300 for them to win the Series.
When they win the NLCS (required for any 'parlay' bet anyway), you have $300 of your initial $400 bet already back in your pocket.
So - you're in for $100 on a $300 bet for the Cubs to win the WS....if it hits, you win $1200 for a $100 risk... which is probably better than any parlay they would offer you, even if they did.

Cool way to look at it, thank you.
