Do you follow a standard betting progreesion? I tend to not press my wager whenever I think it is going to change between banker and player. I think I am leaving some money on the table doing so. I also need to find a good balance between pressing my bet and making sure I am maintaining some of my bank roll.

In Baccarat, my choice of banker, player, or current streak. does not affect my betting pattern or progression.

Not sure what the standard betting progression is. But I wager 1-3, 2-6 style and adjust my base bet every 10-15 hands based on my session bankroll.

This means I bet $25, then $75, then $50, and finally $150 while on a winning streak of 4 hands.

I am risking $25 to win $300. if I win 4 in a row. If i have no good streaks, then I am basically losing $25 a hand bitching internally that "lifes not fair". JK

I think I will definitely try the 1-3-2-6. My betting has been more of a 1-1-2-3-4.

ok, if you win 4 in a row, what next. Do you regroup and begin a new series, 25, then 75, then 50, 150??
when you adjust your base bet, what do you adjust it to? sorry I'm a beginner.

Yep, just like Glen says here. The frustrating part is winning every other hand or streaks of 3 will shake your confidence.

If my bankroll is flush, i don't waver. If my bankroll is light I may just do 1,3,1,3,1,3, and grind away some smaller wins.

when betting with 1-3-2-6 and you sit down for your session, what determines if you will bet banker or player.?

Also do you play that choice (only banker !00% or player 100%) for the entire session or do you go back and forth and if so why.? Thanks

I bet which side won last a press very aggressively. If I hit a streak of 3 or more, I pocket back down to base bet and leave after the next loss. A win typically yields 10-15xs base. After 4 chops, I will walk. I only play hit n run

Excluding cheating, there is no Baccarat strategy that will generate a positive EV.

yes, but the thing about Bacc is there's so many different ways to win.

at BJ, when the dealer is hot, you lose. nothing you can do other than get up and leave. you can't bet on the dealer's hand.

at Bacc if player is hot you can bet that side. if banker is hot, you can bet that side. you aren't at the mercy of the dealer.

that's also a double edged sword. at BJ if you play BS, there's never any decision to be made. the cards are dealt and you either win or lose. it's hard to mess that up.

I've messed up plenty of great Bacc shoes by making poor decisions. you lose all your money and look back at the shoe and wonder how you didn't clean out the tray.
