I'm headed to Atlantis in December for the first time.......thank you CET.

Has anyone done any activities that they offer like the Sea Lion or Dolphin interaction?

Restaurant suggestions?

Check out my tr on the other site. I was there 2 years ago and it was a blast. Did the dolphin encounter and it was well worth every penny. Once. Really fun and interesting. Those things are amazing. Make sure you golf newmans at the ocean club. Sooo nice. Right on the ocean. Have fun.

Dolphins were great.

Restaurants: Nobu, Seafire, Villa de Este, Carmines, a French restaurant that I forget the name of in the harbor area and you can use the ocean club restaurants. I will try the restaurant that replaced Mesa Grill at the Cove during New Years. Menu seems similar and heard good things.

Also go into town in the shopping area. Cruise ships also disembark there. Some nice stores and good eats. Try the Greek restaurant (there's only one), real good food and good prices. It's on the second floor on the left side of the street going towards Atlantis, right side coming from and they have outdoor seating. Its across from the Gucci store.

 

That restaurant that used to be MESA is West 270 (as in nautical degrees) or something like that. The food wasn't bad.

I also really enjoyed Virgil's BBQ near the Royal Towers, but watch out the portions are pretty big; the view of the sting rays and hammerheads were really nice from our table by the window; especially around feeding time (for the animals, not us).

@Tellafriend also recommended trying the cracked conch at Seafire and that was top top.

 

You do know conch is an aphrodisiac right . Great stuff

I'll do the dolphin encounter.....it's part of they package the casino gives us. I love the sea lions at La Jolla, so we might try to do a sea lion encounter as well. I also get a round of golf....so I'm hoping to squeeze that in too.
