Okay, rookie when it comes to the Aria Hospitality Suite, but it's going to be our party base for the upcoming trip. I was hoping to crank some tunes through the in-room technology and note this description:

    • Connectivity Panel for Laptops, DVD Players, Gaming Consoles or MP3 Players
Anybody have experience with this? Sounds like I can plug in my iPhone and will have ability to play it through the TV set or something. Just haven't had experience with it in that room before ... Anyone? Thanks in advance!

When I stayed in a Mirage Tower Suite it had a decent speaker bar/sub setup that I was able to hook up my laptop to. I believe I either used a 3.5mm to RCA cable or just 3.5 mm cable to plug in (whichever i had on hand).

It's kind of a interesting setup in that it has a conference room attached to a huge living room.
That being said, easily will accommodate a party of 20-30 people if it is not a meeting.
We have used the conference room several times for small business meetings(12-14 people)
Last couple times we connected laptops through power point projectors and it worked well for our purposes.
Aria's media guy came up and helped us when he had a small issue with the video.

The living room has additional seating for 10+ people.
Powder room in the big living room plus an attached separate bedroom.
It's at the end of the hall so cranking tunes should not bug your neighbors.

I haven't specifically stayed in this room, but I've stayed in many Aria rooms, This description is the same they have for every room down to the standard king, and I'm assuming it's uniformly the same panel. Here's a generic example photo that I found:

Basically, yes, you can plug in your iPhone and it'll play over the TV and/or whatever speaker system they have in the suite. I'm not an Apple guy so don't know whether the iPhone-specific input they have still works, but you can also use a standard 3.5mm audio out, which I've done for my Android devices before. And it also has HDMI if you wanted to use your laptop.

you should definitely be able to plug in via the headphone jack if you have the right cable.

I know they used to have an iPod dock at the Skylofts to play music through the sound system, but a while back they switched to BT. so now so you can just hook up your any device via BT and play music through the sound system.

Nice. Thanks, 44 and shifter. Sounds like it'll definitely meet our needs.

Can't have a real Vegas party without rocking some good tunes. The Killers, anyone? Haha
