BJ - how did you go from wait list, to in, back to wait list, now in again? WTF?


I want to go to Vegas and gamble and play. But damn, this is really, really a shit event.

When the last four of us chopped up the Wynn poker event in Oct. it was done nicely with good odds. NO AQ. Though they did have multiple rebuys which most people did - totaling $9k. I didn't do any and made it b/c the players were so bad. But at least at Wynn the rebuys went into the pot. This just sucks. Fuck MGM.

Well. first I was waitlisted when I first got the mailer as they had not set the criteria yet. Then when criteria came out, I qualifed based on that, so I was in. Then when RD called me while you and Shifter were sitting there having a drink with him, he told me waitlisted again, but I thought he was BS'ing based on all of you trying to pull my leg and have a good laugh at my expense. I called him a few days later and said "I know you were joking about the waitlist", but alas he was not. So when I was in last Saturday for my haircut - in and out in one day - I had to flex the ole connection muscle by yakking it up with the higher ups (JM + PJ) and told them I couldn't believe I was waitlisted. Couple days later - No more waitlist, lol. Helps to know who really pulls the strings!!!

 

better be bearing gifts, a sheepish apology, and a nice tip, lol

 

Unless you rape them too hard.

In not in the Lion's Pride next weekend because J and P blackballed me for beating them too often.

BTW the reason you're back in now is the crazy theo you put up in one night.
