I didn't have many with them but more curious where they went to. I did book a comp offer at Caesars Palace for room and Who tickets but I've never had RC's taken off at time of booking.

Wondering if anyone elses disappeared otherwise I'll contact them to find out what's up..

 

Have you had a long period of inactivity? I believe it is every 6 months or they disappear.

I was playing a slot at CP on Friday night and about midnight, I saw on the machine that My RC was taken away. I went to the Host office and they said that since I eas checking out the next day, they were trying to clear my room tab. I said, I have not checked out, I am still here and I want a late 4pm checkout anyway. The HOD said they could reverse it but never did. It was kind of strange because on Sat. Morning, I got a call to my room from an International Marketing girl asking if my trip was ok and if I needed anything and that she was clearing my room charges. She said she wanted to meet me downstairs. I told her that I had just been assigned a new host 2 weeks earlier. She seemed baffled and said she would take care of it this time. So yes, wierd, my RC credits disappeared in the middle of my trip and I didn't ever really get a straight answer, except all RC credits would have gone anyway when they cleared the excess room charges, so ultimately, it didn't matter in the end.

 

I can explain: Caesars sucks.

That's why it's best to spend your RC as often as you can because it doesn't seem to matter to a host if your have 1 or 10000 at the end of your trip (within reason, of course). They just clear what you have left and comp the rest on their end. That's been my experience, anyways

 

Yeah, I expect them to clear them out or what they can at the end of the trip but in this case, it had been almost 2 months.
I did write to them and they said that it was taken for a limo charge back in February for the Superbowl. The person also couldn't give me a straight answer on who did it or why, but they gave them back to me. Took over a week for them to show up again though.
