Not staring Eddie Murphy or Nick Nolte. Just me (Brick) and my good friend, T (aka T-Money)

Preparations are complete and the only thing left to do now is to board the plane. I'm leaving Oakland (the jewel of the Bay) and am headed to Sin City for two awesome days.

No real plans this trip except for relaxation and gambling. My main games are craps and lots of sports gambling since I'm a big Warriors and Sharks fan. I also plan to make some baseball bets, play some VP and slots, and maybe even some carney games. This is my third trip to Vegas for the year and I have one more planned, but if I win big and bring home something nice for Ladybrick, I might be able to squeeze in a trip number five.

I'm staying at the Mirage on an MLife deal and as a mini-roller, I jumped on the cheap room rates and $50 resort credit. Yeah, I know $50 isn't much but we all can't be Mini-rollers like PT, Shifter and Bronco. And I mean "Mini" as in those guys make bets that could buy a new Mini (or two). BTW - thanks to Shifter for creating this site. It's all a mini-rolling degen could dream of. Well, I could and do dream of other things but you get the point.

Managed to fit all my stuff into a carry on and turned on my Outlook "out of office" responses for my work email. I'll be working all right...on hitting that six point Fire Bet with Newmans, Chess and Jer tonight at Cosmo.

I wish I could say my TR will be as amazing as one of PT's (it won't) or filled with yellow chip sexiness like a Shifter or Bronco TR (nope again) or big wins and details like a BS TR(no sir) but I will do my best to take pictures and some of my Vegas thoughts and hopefully some soft-core chip porn.

Now boarded. Exit row. Already winning . Only 100 minutes or so till I get nice with the dice.

On the ground. A little bumpy on descent but hopefully it is smooth sailing the rest of the way. Here are some pics from the flight.

It's cheaper and faster just to take a cab if you have two people and split the fare. Or do the uber thing and split the fare.

Good luck! Post some pics of winning!

There is no better feeling than knowing you have two days of Vegas in front of you.

Thanks for the advice. I am solo for the next few hours until T-Money arrives. I tried the Bell deal once before and liked it so I stuck with it this time. I'll be using plenty of uber this trip though.

Yup... solo the shuttle makes sense. Takes the stress out of dealing with cab drivers.
