Are there any CET properties offering butler service? Caesars Villas I assume but didnt know about any other properties.

Mandalay Bay has a set of butlers. Probably the best I've had actually.

 

I would think that most properties have suites with butler service. At CET, I've seen them at CP and PH.

Cosmo has them as well.

 

Are any of these bookable for anybody? I know mirage you can pay to book a lanai or villa. Wasn't sure what other rooms anybody could book.

 

CET will let you book any suite through their anthology website.
Crazy expensive for a lot of the big suites.

You missed the Palms Sky Villas and some of their higher-end fantasy suites like the Hardwood Suite. All of them are bookable.
