got a mailer for this Cosmo tourney. very little information on the mailer.

$150k total prize pool, $75k first down to $2k for 10th.

the bad news is re-buys and add-ons are available, but it makes no mention of adding those to the prize pool.

and tournament play is actually both days, which means it's just drawn out.

I'm going to try to make it, but with 2 days of tourney play and only 150k total, I don't know if I'll have time.

I forgot about it honestly. I should probably call my host and see about it.

I love the fact that Cosmo holds invite only poker tournaments but doesn't actually have a poker room.

yeah and from what I hear the one last year was a cluster.

run by an outside group since they don't have any in-house dealers to deal it.

but I have free time, so I'll give it a whirl.

How do they pay out the prizes? I see CET has a $150k Bacc tournament in April. All prizes are paid in promo chips.

You need plenty of luck to win any kind of tournament.

    What's your typical finish? Top??

Is the $800/day theo typical of what it takes to get the various invites like to slot tournaments?
