Thought you'd enjoy seeing this. I lived near Vancouver for 32 years (was born there). I was back there seeing family about a year and a half ago and stopped into the local bingo hall which now had slots. I lost $200 Canadian in probably less than an hour.

All of the sudden today, I get a free play for $10. Funny because they spent $1.69 to mail it to me.

I think I won't be going 3500km (2800 miles) to cash that in...

 

Reminds me of the few times I've gone to Seneca Casino in New York. I live in Toronto, so it's obviously easier (and cheaper) for me to just go to one of the Niagara Falls casinos. Both times I've gone to Seneca I've spent a modest amount, once coming out a winner and once coming out a loser. I've had them send me $5 FP coupons. No Thanks
