In my next trip, I have 5 nights comped at The Fremont downtown and 4 comped nights at the Golden nugget.

I could go for 2 nights at The Fremont and go for the 3 comped nights at Aria...and...

I am not looking for the specialty rooms like the Mansion, Skylofts, Sky Villas, Wynn apartment Villas - as these rooms are all comps (mostly) for the higher tier players. I am just gearing this towards the standard room that each guest paying for their room would encounter?

The Flamingo thread got me thinking that the various board members here could post their thoughts and / or ratings and rankings, and...

I stayed at the Stardust a couple of times back in the 1980s....don't remember much, except Blackjack and LI Iced Teas, lol (drunken Sailor) and, last summer (Labor Day) we spent a week at the Cosmo. Bitten hard by the bug that trip, I have been dreaming about going back ever since!!

Last night, I booked 5 nights at the Bellagio the 3rd week of January 2017...4.5 months away. I can't wait!!! It'll be another low-roller's paradise!!

For my upcoming trip, I wanted to stay somewhere different. I mainly stay at Aria, Cosmo, or Signature, and this time I am thinking about the Palazzo, which I know is quite different than the other three that I mainly stay at. For those that have stayed there, have you had nice experiences staying there? What are the pools like? Is the Palazzo side a little quieter than the Venetian? Have you felt like you are a bit far away from other hotels on the strip...
