I'm not a huge wine drinker (beyond pinot noir), nor do I drink much sangria, but let me put this on everyone's radar:

Try the sangrias at Fleur @ MB. I have had it a few times and each time was the best I have ever had. Also some good grub and people watching while you enjoy your tasty beverage.

But there are many(at least some) better quality buffets in Vegas.

I like the casual atmosphere in a buffet. I also like to eat so I can chow down. When I was married we did more restaurant type settings, but good buffets too....

With so many seafood dishes served in Las Vegas and made with many added ingredients, do you feel safe eating fish in Vegas?

Sometimes I need something and strapped for time or hung over and a club sandwich often hits the spot. I think it's a good barometer to judge since pretty much every hotel will have a club sandwich.

Has anyone had the Nutella French toast at Cosmopolitan? I am tempted to order this next month. Craftsteak - Been here once , loved it.
Scarpetta - Love the look of the tasting menu
Carbone - Currently got a reservation and the Wife's preference but no idea on quality?
Sage - Again for the tasting menu

I quite fancy enjoying more than just a grab and go Shake Shack while I'm over in Vegas next week. Do any of you know of any restaurants that have nice bars where you can sit and enjoy good food? I don't want to miss out on some good food experiences because I'm alone but not confident enough to sit at a table on my own!

I won't be getting in until 10 pm and would like a nice meal when I make it to Bellagio. I'm open to anything with the exception of Thai.

Next, I'd like to try the most extensive tasting menu at either Le Cirque or Joel Robuchon. Any pro/cons of either. I'll be alone, would either be better for a solo diner? For the boardies that have had either, is the wine add-on worth it?
